"I’ve been with this company for 4 consecutive years (in my later years) and for many years prior that when I was younger (a new driver). They used to have such great customer service and great rates! Over the last 2 years they’ve slowly declined and recently when reaching out to ask for a price match (Progressive offers much lower rates for similar coverage) I was met with passive aggressive responses via text from my agent saying “we won’t beg you to stay but if you want to stay with the best, great, if not, fine.” They refused to help and wouldn’t even try to work with me. I guess they don’t care about retention. I found them unprofessional and sarcastic every step of the way. Very shocking and unsatisfactory for such a large name. I use them for renters and auto. My entire family uses them. Guess we won’t now."
