"Initially, I had a positive buying experience with Cody Fuqua - State Farm. However, on July 31, 2025, I canceled my life, renters, and auto insurance policies. As of today (9/2), I still have not received my refund of nearly $1,800, which is unacceptable. I have repeatedly contacted their office for updates, but I continue to receive vague responses that it “may take another 10–15 business days.” At this point, it has already been over a month since the cancellation, and I should not have to wait indefinitely to receive money that rightfully belongs to me. Additionally, I paid for these policies with a credit card. Instead of refunding the amount back to my original payment method, which is the standard and timely practice, their office/financial department is issuing a check by mail, further delaying the process. This lengthy delay and lack of clear communication are frustrating and unfair. When making a decision about which insurance provider to select, I would strongly encourage you to choose a different one, so this does not happen to you."

Hands down the highest level of service I have received from a State Farm office and I have lived in IL, FL and now TN.
